Area festival

I'm currently a BD member and my old mare is registered. My new horse is not. I think while we are only doing prelim it's not worth registering her until we are getting consistent results. Am I right in thinking that if we gained qualifying scores we are still eligible for the festival so long as I register her before the competition? Thanks

You need to get her registered as an associate horse. You need to register before area qualifier but that's it. I have just done it. (over the phone) but he has been registered before. Good luck.
