Old clippers which worked in the past, had them serviced last winter but didn't clip after all.
Assembled them to use this week and they won't work - the crank head (? - I think that's the term) spins up and jams the blades within seconds of switching them on. I don't have an instruction book but I'm fairly sure the crank head just screws onto its mounting. Am I missing something obvious, before I send them back to where they were serviced? Too little oil? Fitting it too loosely or too tight? Facing the wrong way? Should there be another part, that's absent? I'd really like a photo of the head, without blades, so I can see if mine look wrong!
Thanks.
