Does anyone have any suggestions for an “affordable “ ménage build. It’s purely for personal use on my own land. Any recommendations for build companies ?

Friend recently built a nice 20x30m so not full size, her dad did some of the work and they did post and thick tape ...Good arena surface ..sand and fibre £20k I think with proper drainage, clean stone etc ...and that was a year ago, they could take large loads which kept cost down. They employed guy and digger not an arena contractor.

Do you have a digger? Don’t skimp on stone, don’t skimp on membrane and don’t fence it (fencing is expensive) surface is less important than the stone you use and you can always add to the surface later which you can’t do with the stone
