Arena hire

Please can you give me some guidence on what would be a sensible price for the hire of my arena. I have had an enquiry from someone in my village and they would like to hire it only for about 1 hour (she said if it wasn't to expensive she might use it regulary). It's a 20 x 40 outdoor arena with floodlights, although she will be usng it in the day. Any ideas?

Well I used to be a yard with out an indoor and the yard next door used to have an indoor and we were allowed to ride in it when we wanted for £40 per month.

The yard where I keep my horses charges £10 an hour.

Most yards around here charge about £10 an hour unless you book a block of a few times then you get some money off

Same as above - about £10 per hour. Some charge extra for jumps but I think that's because they're also present to put them up or down for you

about 10 to 15 per hour(more with jumps) again public commercial liability insurance req. may contravene your planning if hiring for money.
