Arena hire

My arena is about to be finished, it’s a 60x30 sand&fibre surface. Only thing is on my planning it says private use only, does this mean I can’t hire it and would have to apply for change of use ?

Yes it would, plus if you hire it you will have to start paying business rates on it, which is £££££££s!
