Arena leveller from arenamate tynes worn down?

We have an arena leveller from ArenaMate, and after just 3 years it needs all the tynes replacing - at our expense!

bit surprised they’ve worn down so fast - and that we now have to pay £250+vat to replace the tynes! does anyone else have experience/thoughts on this?

It’s used 2x a week to grade a waxed sand school.

Sorry it’s the ‘tynes’ (as in the metal fingers that go down into the sand) that have worn down

Yes I can how they would wear down mine has not got them .
After three years I would expect to have to pay .
