We live in a very rural area where there are no street lights. We have put in our planning permission for an arena with lights. However, we have had quite a few moans about the lighting. I think people assume they will be on all the time. I have tried to explain this will only be for a less than an hour a few times a week during the winter months. Has anyone got any experience of getting something to light the arena that is less intrusive. It is only for me and I won't need it to jump, it will be just to school and maybe some pole work so it definitely doesn't need to be anywhere near a venue standard.
