Went back to Arena Uk yesterday, just to do the BN again. Not so much waiting around this time, so got there, put my number down and got madam tacked up. Got up to the collecting ring, to find i had either 12 to go, or 4... I stupidly decided 4 was a good bet, not having jumped a practise fence etc at that stage!!
Anyway, madam warmed up well, and even allowed a horse to barrage into her without decking me or flooring it, a sure sign she was in a good mood
Went in, feeling a bit underprepared warm up wise, but got on with the job well
Madam jumped really well, and was really being careful, but just felt a bit flat, so got to look into workload/feed a bit more
We had the last fence AGAIN where she tapped it with her back toe (was front toe on Friday!) and had it down. ARGGHHHHHHH!!! Talk about last fence itis :/
These BN DC's are proving elusive!! lol!
Anyway, she was a good gir, wasn't bothered by the business, or the standing on the lorry for hours, and thats what it's all about at the moment I guess
we've got all winter to get our BN's
Anyway, the pro pics from the 2 days. Courtesy of Equipics, I would do a direct link but their website won't let me
