Arena UK Lincs how far from A1??????

Going to JAS tomorrow. How far and on what sort of roads is Arena UK from A1?

Anyone please?

Bout 5 mins. Very easy to navigate, smallish but lorry friendly road!!

About 1/4 of a mile on a dead straight road - all of 2 mins in lorry

Is it a road that is likely to be gritted. I'm imagining no hills as in Lincs.

I get get from mine to A1 even in the snow, so guess I will get there ok.

Is it well signposted?

Dead easy to find and well signposted off A1. Turn only 150 yards from the BP roundabout off A1. And yes it is a very flat good road.

You can even see it from the A1!

You turn off the A1 dead opposite Downtown (shop) just after BP garage heading south bound (or bottom of hill with Downtown on your right heading Northbound)

Heading Southbound you have to nip into a feeder lane on central reservation and cross northbound cariiageway.

The road isn't usually gritted but is wide enough for 2 lorries to pass and dead flat.

Turning to Arena UK is about 1/4 - 1/2 mile down on right hand side and signposted on brick wall bits at side of driveway. Drive down drive and head straight past indoor arena (on LHS) and parking is at back - parking good.

Not sure whether theres any snow left there but none in Peterborough now
