which suggests its not so good.....

Sorry no help but i thought it was funny.

It used to be Yuk, but is now really nice. They have done alot of work on it, the indoor is ovely, and the main outdoor is fab. Only downside is the warm up indoors, it is TINY.

It is fabulous and has been revamped since the new owners bought it. The indoor arena is lovely and the outdoor arenas are fantastic. Would definitely recommend it!!

I used to live there with its previous owners. It is incredibly easy to find as it is just off the A1, right before a large roudabout signposted to Grantham (there is also a large service station on opposite side of road. Haven't been up in a while but it is usually well signposted for 'Equestrian Center'. Take the turning off the main road and you cannot miss it....it will come up on your right and has got huge Arena UK signs on either side of a brick walled entrance.
I know the new owners have put literally millions into the property's development, with all new surfaces being put down indoors and outdoors as well as new arena being built, a big new restaurant and many other things.
Also, I don't know what the stables are like now but yes, the temporary stables were small but having lived there and had to use those stable at times I never found the horses to have a problem with them, in fact, many of ours preferred them to their other stables as the mesh sides meant they could have more contact with one another and were generally much more relaxed.
Hope this is of some help.

yes, that is a bit off putting but they now have a marquee over the smaller outdoor arena so you can keep dry - however if it's windy, it can be a bit of a nightmare for a spooky horse
