An ABSOLUTE living legend he was........a true superstar of both the dressage and jumping scenes. We have always wanted to use him but never got round to it. Fantastic stallion who will be very sadly missed by many. One of the last hero's who was still covering mares.

He will be very missed....have used one of his grandsons this year and was hoping that I might be able to use him himself next year (poss)....

Such sad news. I have bred two stallions by Arko, both of whom are super sports horses and Like C - I too would have liked to have used Argentinus ....

oh what sad news !! such a fantastic sire and legend of a horse - atleast he has put quite a few superstars on the floor so his legend will live on xx

It is sad, but now we move on to the next generation, like Air Jordan Z from Zangersheide (3rd in 2007 World Cup Final). Passes on all of dad's movement and great looks.

Argentinus - Im am so lucky to have one of your beautiful daughters who you have stamped with your power, presance and look at me factor. She is in the Head Premium Oldenburg Studbook and is line bred on the mothers side with Absatz who is Argentinus grandfather. She has competed up to 1.30/1.40 and is now out of competition as i cannot wait any longer to put her in foal. Hopefully if i select the right stallion her foals will be worthy of elite auctions.

Also a warning out there for anyone wishing to use the Top class son of Argentinus - Armitage - a truely amazing performer and has everything a jumping stallion should have but his semen is rubbish.
