Argghhh bl***dy deers

A deer jumped out of a ditch today, spooked my horse and I hit the deck. It really hurt I couldn't get up for a couple of minutes as I felt sick.

Then my horse wouldn't stand still for me to get back on and acted like an idiot the whole way home

So i've stocked up on asprin and paractemol, but i'm limping and dreading how stiff I'm going to be in the morning

I would have a good hot soak in the bath if I were you and if you have any arnica in either tablet or cream form I would get that going too.

Deer are a pain in the proverbial, sorry about your fall, lots of ibuprofen too if you are stiff!
