ARGH!!! Pigeons!!!

Has anyone got any ways of getting rid of pigeons from around horses water buckets in the fields?! -Apart from getting the local farmer in!

I am sick to death of the damn things keep poo-ing in my horses water bucket and having to change it twice a day!! I have even put their 'own' bucket next to it but now they just poo in both!

Any ideas would be grateful, this is only a problem in the summer and i fear that i am turning in to a crazy woman by waiting for them to land by the water buckets then lobbing my keys at them!!

get one of those decoy plastic falcons that are supposed to frighten birds off buildings etc, and stick it on one of the buckets or the fence, and hope theyre dumb suckers

where do you getn them as i have a problem with them in my stables and we have already done one shooting day

Hmmm, i think i will have a look out for one of those plastic bird scarers! They are pretty stupid pigeons! But no doubt it will scare my horses as well!
