Sorry this is a rant, but if I don't let it out somewhere I will probably explode 
I live in a block of flats, with a shared garden with a big bin for everyones rubbish. There is a note on the back door saying not to put out bread for the birds on the floor and explaining Barneys prev stomach infections because of him picking up odd bits of food. That's fine now everyone puts the bread on top of the sheds. The bin isn't full but today I've gone out there to find a open bag of mouldy food scraps on the floor next to the bin, and of course Barney got there first and managed to eat a few bits if he gets ill again .. Well they don't even want to know how angry I'm going to be, but certainly no more polite notices because obviously that doesn't work!
