arghh, part loaning!

i've recently stopped part loaning (well, last month) and i've been searching for a new one ever since. there are horses for part loan that would be perfect for me everywhere except near me!

this is so frustrating i miss not riding and it's only been a few weeks since i've last ridden, plus ive not ridden a schooled horse since January because i was part loaning a youngster, which just didnt work out (difficult owner ... )
whenever ive just casually looked at horses offered for part loan before there's been loads, but when i actually am seriously looking for one, there are none.

Ino exactly how you feel, I was in the exact same position last year. Keep persevering and you will find something like I did. I live fairly close to you and know exactly how you are feeling there really is nothing up here! Have you tried your local tack shop, magazines and websites? Good luck

i've put ads up on every website i can think of - not tried magazines or tack shops though, might give that a go!

if anyone in the kearsley/clifton/swinton area of manchester knows of a part loan (15-17hh) please let me know!! thanks

There were quite a few horses for share there! I have seen a few on websites in that area but cant remember which websites, sorry.

Its a minefield!
I've got a part-loan in Boothstown, I've been there with 2 different horses for 8 years now and Kelly's much more than a part-loan to me now I was so lucky.
Try going to the yards and asking if they have or know anyone who is offering a part loan on there or any other yards they know?

it's gotten to the stage where im checking websites every hour for possible new adverts hahah.
