Ariat Boots - Problems?

I think I would just hang fire - they are normally fast workers and perhaps the weather hasn't been helping any deliveries involved...... Maybe call mid to late week?

They are very on their game usually, I got a return postage voucher by e-mail an hour after I sent an enquiry via the website - super quick!
 
Just to say thanks for all the help and advice, I have received a new pair from Ariat today. Big thumbs up for there customer service!! Shame the same can't be said for their stockist.
 
I LOVE ariat and think they have amazing customer service and equally amazing products. I have the grasmeres, bromonts and mudbusters, have recently had to return the mudbusters due to them unfortunately leaking but it won't put me of their product as they are extremely supportive and comfortable, and if they replace them hassle free (even without the receipt) then I don't think you can question their customer service..... Unlike hunters..... Will never buy their products again!!!!
 
So today, precisely one and a half working days after I sent my Bromonts back, a courier arrived with a new pair of boots and a delivery note saying 'replaced for faulty, with apologies'.

That is exceptional customer service. I just wish I could land a pair of their boots that don't break! Surely it must cost them a fortune in replacement product...or maybe in the grand scheme of things, it doesn't matter to them.
 
My local stockist have also just phoned to confirm my replacement mudbusters arrived this morning!!! They phoned ariat yesterday to say they were sending the leaking pair back and ariat told them not to bother and sent new pair first class!!!
I call that first class service!!!!
