Hi,

I wondered if anyone who has Ariat bromonts could help. My lovely husband has just given me a pair for my birthday. I love them, they are so comfy, except that they are a little bit long at the back. They dig into the back of my knee a bit when I bend it. They are in my opinion only a tiny bit too long and my hope is that they will soften a bit and become more comfy so that I can keep them and not jump through all the hoops of returning. Any thoughts? Has anyone else had the same problem? Is it worth persevering with them? Many thanks for reading and any advice welcome :)

Hi
I love these boots and have the same problem. You can get heel risers which you pop inside the boots for a little while which raise your heel until they soften up.
I got a pair when I brought my last boots.
Alternatively leave the zip and strap undone whilst you ride for a while. It won't take long

Send Ariat an email, they posted me two pairs of heel raises FOC. I don't wear mine enough atm for them to drop but I'm assured that they generally do drop enough after a bit of wear.

They do drop. It hurts, but then they are great once they've broken you in. I have high arches so heel raisers not good for me, but I only suffered a few times (and it was a good excuse to use them more!).

I had a new pair recently and I was also slightly concerned but after a couple of days riding they dropped and are now perfect. Do not worry!!!
