Toying with the idea of buying these but I can only find the insulated ones. Those of you that have them - are they too hot for summer do you think? Is it worth having the insulation even?

Thanks

I have two pairs of insulated and wear them all year round and love them to death! I don't find them too hot at all, and I have hot feet! I only wear them to ride, not to muck out in.

I find mine do make my legs warm, however I don't notice it until I've taken them off. Saying that mine are riding boots, yard boots, walking the dog boots, you name it they do it boots!

I've just bought some non insulated ones for a decent price!

I wore mine for competing all year last year, and they were fine. I think the lining is quite 'wicking' which helps!
