is FANTASTIC. Bought a new waterproof coat at Bramham only to find out 3 months later when I actually wore it in the rain it leaked. Never had a problem with any other Ariat product before so was very dissappointed. Rang Ariat as couldnt take it back to the shop as normal. They emailed me straightaway with a returns label. I posted my jacket back to them on Saturday last week. I had a phone call yesterday to say they were sorry it clearly leaks and as it was last seasons they dont have them anymore BUT that they could send me a similar coat if that was ok. I said yes and then checked and found that he new one is actually considerably more expensive. Anyway that was yesterday and this morning my new coat arrived. Its lovely and fits great. (lets hope this one is actually waterproof :D)

Anyway i have to say well done to the customer service team at Ariat they have been great, couldnt have asked for any more. If you are ever torn between two makes go for Ariat as at least you have great customer service to back it up.

Totally agree - their customer service really is second to none and I think this has come up on quite a few threads in the past. I love their products and am only too happy to buy from them as they score on all counts.

I think there may be a few others companies out their who could take note.... :)
 
I had a great experience with their customer service sept too. The zip came apart on my boot leaving the zip half up/down wouldn't have been too much of a problem but I was seven months pregnant at the time, could only just see my feet let alone pull my foot out! Had to wait till OH got home, nightmare!

Anyway, they were great, sent them back, new boots returned and lovely gloves for the trouble caused too. Husband rang, emailed and wrote to Dublin when his mucker boots gave out after three weeks and they didn't bother to reply at all! Shockingly poor service!
 
yeo thay have a generally good rep occasionaly I've know people struggle but always heard about it third hand so not sure of it's truth.
SOS you need to hop in the shower and give your nice new coat a test!
