I'm in need of new long boots or boots and chaps. I think I've decided to go with Ariat jodhpur boots and chaps but am having a sizing issue. I currently have a very battered pair of Concord half chaps and was wanting to go with the Close Contact ones in chocolate. However, my current Ariat chaps were a small, and while they were tight when new, they did give and are perfect now. I worry that the Close Contact ones may not have enough "give" as my calves measure literally 14 1/2" (small) but worry that if I plump for small they'll be too tight, and next size up will be too big. Will they give at all?!
