Just wanted to tell people about Ariat's customer service:
The popper 'popped off' the bottom of my chap last week. They are relatively new (last summer) and haven't had a great deal of wear, so I was a bit peeved!
I hadn't caught it on anything or been unduly rough! Emailed Ariat, who told me to send it in to be looked at - which I did on Tuesday evening.
Got home this evening to find the chap returned and repaired, enclosing a really nice note with their apologies.
Can't say fairer than that!
