Ariat - most excellent!

Just wanted to tell people about Ariat's customer service:

The popper 'popped off' the bottom of my chap last week. They are relatively new (last summer) and haven't had a great deal of wear, so I was a bit peeved! I hadn't caught it on anything or been unduly rough! Emailed Ariat, who told me to send it in to be looked at - which I did on Tuesday evening.

Got home this evening to find the chap returned and repaired, enclosing a really nice note with their apologies.

Can't say fairer than that!

I also had a great service from Ariat last week - my mudbusters which I had only had for three months sprung a leak - in both feet. I sent them photos of the broken parts and they sent me another pair! Great service.

they do have excellent customer service, just a shame they've now opted to use cheaper materials for their products now as opposed to the excellent quality their stuff used to be
