Ariat Oxford half chaps - any good?

As per title! Am looking for some new half chaps - normally get the cheapo synthetic suede ones but am fed up with them falling apart. Might get leather this time but not sure what sort to get. I like the look of the Ariat Oxfords but have never seen them in the flesh.

I lvoe mine have a number of pairs and they have been much harder wearing than any other brands going. However whenyou buy them do buy them tight as they stretch to start with!!

I dont have the oxford chaps but I do have the Classic II which I have had for 5 years maybe 6? The elastic stirrup is starting to wear next to my heal but my saddler said she can replace it when it really goes!
They are certainly worth the extra money as the cheaper ones cost more in the long run as you always end up replacing them!
