Anyone who has these breeches, what is the sizing like? I'm normally between a 10-12 so 26-28 but sometimes 28s can be baggy on the thigh (i'm a bit of an apple shape!). Do they have a bit of give in the waist or will the 28s be best?

No one? I've taken a gamble and gone for a pair of size 12/28s, i've wanted a pair for years but couldn't justify the £100 price tag - now they are half price at Equestrian Clearance!

I have 2 pairs in 26'' which fit really well (I'm 8/10) They are absolutely lovely and wash really well, you won't regret buying them!

Just received mine from Equestrain Clearance.

Googled reviews before purchase and sized up as advised on US sites.

I usually have 28 in Pikeur and needed 30 in these breeches. They are slim cut on calves.

I am also one size bigger in the Ariat breeches than Pikeur. I agree that they are very slim on the calves.

MTJ by any chance have you a pair of these in white? I love the Ariat Olympia Full seats but order them online. Never seen them in real life in white and am just wondering are they see through or same quality as the coloured ones?! Though at the Equestrian Clearance price it's nearly worth the risk...

Mine just arrived this morning, 28 is perfect! They are lovely. They are neat on the calves, but that is better for me. Only problem now is i'm 3 months pregnant so won't get to properly wear them for at least another 6 months! Never mind, i've waited this long...

Sorry, I went for navy. The fabric does feel good quality.

Glad I saw this forum, Im usualy a 30 which I at first ordered, but after seeing the forum changed it to size 32, so glad I did!! No way would have size 30 been big enough, the 32 is perfect !

I shouldn't think any other colour are see through, only the white. The material is quite thin, I too will be shopping for white knickers as I like the breeches!

I normally buy 26" but bought 28" and they are a bit big- have ordered the 26 but keeping others for now in case they are too smalll.... (the joys of online shopping!!)

It will be interesting to see if the second pair I've ordered are thicker material then, the ones I have clearly show the pocket linings through the material, and my pastel blue undies very clearly show through!

Weird...I had spotty undies on trying mine on and can barely make out the dark purple spots. I love the fit too
