Hi guys i'm sorry to add yet another Ariat question but i couldn't seem to find the answer i was looking for exactly. I just brought my very first long boot as usually wear jod boots and half chaps.

I brought a pair of insulated Bromonts H2o size 4.5, regular calf , medium height , black oiled version. What i wanted to ask is when people have said it should be a snug fit, is that just at the widest part of the calf or should it feel tight all the way up from the ankle? Ankle itself feels supported but zip is easy to do up until it gets to the widest part of the calf as it does not actually touch my leg that much until it gets to that bit! I have a bit just above ankle and below where the widest part of calf and i can pinch some boot all the way up (except for that widest point of calf) It makes the boot look a bit baggy around the slimmer areas of my calf when i stand /move about in different positions it kind of folds in and the only position they look good in is when i bend my leg and flex my foot so more like the riding position which is good but then don't want them to drop and settle in and look baggy and be uncomfortable due to the folds in the material. Do your ariats have some baggy parts or should they be quite flush to the leg like my chaps?

Thanks in advance for any help i'm so disappointed should of tried them on with my jodhpurs but went in jeans this time thinking my jods would be thick enough to take up the slack :(
