Ariat Terrain Half Chaps?

I'm looking for some new chaps for hacking and trail rides (I ride abroad a lot with long hours in saddle) and I just wondered if anybody has any Ariat Terrain chaps? Do you recommend them and how is the fit?

At the moment I have some Eric Thomas leather half chaps and although I really like the look of them, they're not totally comfortable and the stitching is coming away on one (and comfort is more important than looks!). I also had to get an XL and they are a bit long for me... they seem to come up small, unless my legs are chunkier than I think. A few people have complimented me on them but I need to start thinking about a replacement.

If anyone has any other ideas then please let me know.

I have these and love them. Very hard wearing, fit very well, I have had mine for about 5 years now and they still look good (when I can be bothered to wash them). Nice to wear during the summer too and they are a bit more lightweight and breathable than leather chaps.
