Two weeks ago my zip on my ariat paddock boots broke, I was quite annoyed as they were only six months old, and never been near the yard. They have generally been used for the school run, shopping etc so not abused in any way. It took me ages to get them off as I am six months pregnant and don't bend too well because of the bump! I sent an e mail to Ariat explaining how annoyed I was, not really expecting a reply, but they replyed to me within the hour!! I sent the boots in as requested, freepost too, and low and behold this morning I recieved a brand new pair!!!!! That is so cool! In a world where customer service seems to be extinct in general this was a plesant suprise! Big thumbs up for Ariat!

what section did ou contact?

The zip broke on mine (not the whole zip just the pully bit) i've got the bromonts so the long one's. But i've only realy used them for shows and i've done all of about er... 4 shows this year!! And i put my saxon paddock boots back on inbetween classes!!

I had a pair of ariats and they fell apart after 6 months. Cr*p quality for the price you pay. Wouldnt touch them again

I to had to send them an e-mail about how disappointed i am with my Conistons,i had used mine a handful of times and then the zip pull broke off and it made it impossible to undo the zip, luckily they have laces all the way up the front so you can get them on but it's a big hassle,my OH said to e-mail them,i did and got an e-mail straight back with an address to send them too, will be doing that as soon as i have a spare minute in the day! Will also watch out for my bromonts too after hearing it's happened to that model also.
