Arko III's legacy

As Arko III heads into retirement from competiton, it was good to see his son, the 6-year-old stallion Argento (out of Flora May, by Gasper) jump so well for John Whitaker in Geneva. He jumped clear in all 3 classes for 6 & 7 year-olds, finishing 7th, 3rd and 4th. Looked very promising, as indeed did Robert W's ride Udo (7yr-old KWPN stallion by Goodtimes). Both scopey and careful.

Yes, so do I. Good chance it will, as they showed that of Glenwood Springs last year. Silly as it is these retirement ceremonies always bring tears to my eyes!
