Turnout can be a bit hit and miss though as it's very wet it is a moss!! And if you work 9-5 you may struggle to get arena space - it tends to be rather busy!!

In which case, I would not!!
Post where abouts you are, what you want for facilities and services and maybe people could give you other yards to choose from.

Probably will stay where I am as yard very nice really, it was just the thought of that lovely indoor and the estate hack.

It does have a big indoor, but the estate hack is only open in summer
There are a few places here and some have great hacking as well
