Arrgghhh!!! Waiting on my Hovis' Diary to be despatched

I ordered this from the Horse and Hound online shop over a week ago and am still waiting for it to be despatched. When I ordered it it did say it was in stock. Its a birthday gift for someone whose birthday is on 15th Nov so am really hoping it will be here in time. I have emailed them but so far not had a response, fingers and all toes crossed it arrives in time.
