I have a new horse arriving on Tuesday. Its an ID x TB gelding due to live mith my Welsh D mare and Welsh x gelding. Any tips on how to help him settle in?

can't wait for some piccies of your new lad
as for settling him in might be best to keep him seperate but next to your other horses for a while so they get used to each other safely.
that does depend on your other horses temperaments and if your bothering with an isolation period of course.

I'd probably create a little paddock for him on his own if you can till he settles in.

I would second kao's advice in keeping him in a sectioned off piece of the field if you can for a while to get them used to each other first

I'd agree, let them get to klnow each other in a safe environment adn also my advice with any new horse, get them into a routine as soon as you can, helps them settle and feel secure in my opinion. Welcome also!
