Arthritis Help

My lovely ederly samoyed bitch has Arthritis in her joints esp hips, and in this cold weather its making the poor love terribly uncomfortable.
I've just bought some canine cortaflex (I use the equine one on the ponio with good results).
Has anyone used it on their dog, and to what effect?
Or can anyone recommend anything else.

I used canine cortaflex on my dog and although I think it helped ease his stiffness it wasn't the holy grail. I was paying about £27 a bottle but now I give him human glucosamine tablets and these seem better, and a lot cheaper.

My old chap is on Trocoxil, he takes two tablets a month and is doing really well on it, he's even started jumping into the car again! It's much better than the Metacam he was on previously.

I use Supplex by Aviform. I decided to try it as I had such good results from their equine supplement, Suppleaze Gold. My dog had been in a lot of discomfort previously and I thought she was going to have to go onto a prescription medication, but Supplex turned things around and she is fit and active again.
