Arthritis treatments

My older (11) GSD has started to get stiff in the evenings if she has a busy day. We were at the yard all day yesterday and last night she looked a bit like a mildly laminitic pony on her front legs when she woke after a nap (walking on her heels). Obviously we'll be going to the vets but I just wanted to find out what my options might be. She reacts negatively to Gabapentin, so that's out. (that was what I was given last time I asked for something for occasional use). She has no other health conditions that I'm aware of.
 
My old labrador had elbow arthritis, on the vet's advice and after xrays we tested her with 2 weeks on metacam then took her off that and gave her 2 weeks of yumove advance 360 (only available from the vet). To my surprise with the advance 360 she showed a remarkable improvement.
I obviously stopped throwing anything for her and lightened her exercise. If she showed any signs of discomfort we gave her a short course of another anti inflammatory - not metacam - but can't remember the name, which worked well.
Then we put her on librela which was wonderful, she was on that when she had to be PTS at 15 from cancer.

I did wonder if the vet prescribed Yumove was worth a try. She's already on the normal full strength one.
 
I had a sweet Welsh D mare a few years ago now which her lovely owner had gifted to me. She had put her on Nutriquin which her then-vets (also my vets at that time, now retired sadly) had recommended.

It was fantastic stuff, did her a power of good, and I'd often thought about dipping my finger in it too!

I've got a rescue dog who's getting noticeably a bit stiff these days, she's a lovely old gal and I want to ease her up a bit, and I'm looking at something for her; they do a doggy one and this will be my first go-to product I think.

Definitely worth a try, mine had been on the normal stuff for years.
Honestly the difference was amazing, once I took her off it within 4 or 5 days she started getting stiff in the mornings. Put her back on it and the stiffness went within a few days.
 
My Lab has arthritis in knees and hips and she's on Onsior, because she couldn't tolerate metacam. Onsior works well - she's currently on a vet advised boxrest week after hurting her knees. She's had gabapentin but it didn't do anything for her, vet also gives her paracetamol when pain is bad. Old GSD had Yumove which was amazing but doesn't do anything for Lab.
