Artists who do pictures of horses?

I've been pondering what to get hubby for christmas and was thinking of a painting / drawing of Sidney for him.
I don't want to pay the earth for it as I'd like to buy him other things as well but I think he'd really like it.
Anyone got any recommendations?

i got a portrait done of my oh's staffie last year for her bday and am hoping she thinks to do this of my boy for me this year! local lady in west sussex works from photos and i had the dog done (fabulous) for something like £55!!!

There's a chap on ebay called Mike Burroughs, he sells under "easyportraits", they're pastels or pencil. He's done two fabulous ones of two of my dogs, I haven't had one of the horse yet but am going to. He might have a sample if you contact him: http://myworld.ebay.co.uk/easyportraits/
