Has anyone ever used one of these?
I got on ours for the first time at the wknd (had it for ages but not supposed to be doing things like that with my hip!) and I have to say I wasn't that impressed!
The slow speed is like walking on a horse with a powerful back end but drastically on it's forehand! When I upped the speed I assumed it would change into a trot feeling, however it doesn't, it just speeds up the walk.
I thought the level 3 was the best for using your stomach muscles, but level 4 was rubbish!
In H&H they report about using it to help build up your core, I'm just not really convinced that it would actually help. Or maybe I use my core muscles more than I realise when I ride!!!
