Ah wow they are amazing! I'd love some pics with my horses when/if I get married, did it take quite a lot of organising? Was the venue close to your home? Looks like you had a brilliant day, your dress is lovely. x
I hope you did not pick up that tell tell horsy smell I tend to gain everytime I pat dobbin!
Seriously you look stunning
and what a lovely horse and what lovely photos hope you had a fantastic day and a fantastic life togethter ( all 3 of you ) and thanks for sharing
What fantastic pictures! And what a total dude your horse is - T would hate having the skirt on her back!
How did you persuade your OH to have your horse at the wedding? I'm getting married on the 5th Sept and have totally failed to persuade the OH it is a good idea to have T there!
Fantastic! I couldnt have mine when I got married - but did pay a visit to the field after I'd had my hair put up - it was blowing a gale n raining oops! You look stunning and she looks very proud of herself!
lovely photos congratulations and a very well behaved horsey.
TB - my pony was at my wedding - she was 30 by then and my parents arranged for a friend to bring her from her field which was close by. Neither my OH or I knew so he couldn't object!
I did burst into tears though when I walked out of church and she was there.
love the comment it looked like i married my horse!! hahaha
He was so well behaved
Ever since i was little i always wanted Charlie at my wedding so my husband didnt have a say in it!!
, i practiced riding him around the arena in a light coloured summer sheet but hes not spooky and knew he would be fine
and i work as a manager providing film animals inc horses so my work colleges did it as a wedding gift
, he stayed till the dinner part and the only part when i cried was when i saw charlie waiting all patiently for me, like he was on best behavior to accompany his mum .... "bless" x.
my husband knew that to marry me that included the horse also coming, but i think the whole tradional horse at the wedding although its normally in a cart i had to have him there ...... and i dont think he would have wanted a cart! lol.
i did opt for side saddle at first but in the end i thought if charlie got upset i would feel more comfy to control him astride, so mum made me a exercise sheet to pull over the saddle too.
You all looked stunning. Loving your dress and you looked so elegant as it draped across your horse's back. Also loving the colour of the bridesmaids' dresses too, beautiful colour. They made your dress standout and also looked smart against the colour of your horse, if you follow me.
