whether they'd be interested in providing lessons for a prosective uni RC? Am wanting to do this as throughly as possible so that it looks like a good arrangement.

I've already worked out some costs that the RS would receive if they agreed to provide the lessons.

Advertising via both uni RC clothing as well adverts around uni campus to promote the club

Dates of the university terms and how it wouldn't affect their school holiday activities

How it's the best yard in the area for horses, training and facilities wise. No-where else offers the same complete package.

Anything else that I've forgotten?

Can I just say that is a fantastic idea...hope it goes well I'm sure it shall

You mean you want them to give you free lessons in exchange for these 'benefits' (not costs).

You might have to come up with a few more benefits or just negotiate for lower fees instead of completely free.

I'll answer this later, haven't got time at the moment.
I captained my Uni BUSA team to the nationals and had a lot of involvement in selecting a RS base and dealing with the RS owners. I'm happy to talk you through most things and what to watch out for if you like?

That's not what I meant at all. Read my first point - I've already worked out how much they would be receiving per week if they agreed to be the RS that we would use for lessons.

No mention of anything being free
