Asphalt surface?

In my extensive research for the best Arena surface I can get for my money I have stumbled across the Premier Arenas website.
They show a picture of an arena with an 'asphalt surface' - it looks like a dark grey sand. There doesn't appear to be any info on it though. I've emailed them about it but was wondering if anyone had any experience of an asphalt surface...is is basically something like a quarry dust?

Is it cracker dust/ blue metal in with sand?
Our arena is made of it. It rides well, isn't too hard or soft and drains well.

Just had a look at the site. It looks very similar to ours. I like the surface
