assignment help - contraindications for equine osteopathy

as the title says, a section of my assignment is asking me to look at the contraindications ofr osteopathy in horses....cant seem to find them anywhere! any help please would be great

infection, fracture, undiagnosed lameness, inflammation. Not an osteopath but think these would be contraindications. Most major thing to mention is the need for vet referral/permission before treating a horse (a legal requirement).

science direct is beign annoying, incanta doesnt, befred doesnt, looking on the equine and comparative exercise physiology

also, snotty noses etc, plus tying up (azoturia), or any skin infection eg ringworm
