Aston Advanced team horses out

So, does anyone know if Aston was the fixture where squad horses and riders had to prove their form? Good to see some of those that couldn't run at Barbury post some cracking results.

I would suspect that it would be something a little nearer the competition. Maybe Hartpury? Where are the results?

BDWP-the side box has dressage results. I see Piggy French has withdrawn Jakata-will that have some bearing on his team place?

I wouldn't have thought so -- the ground would be plenty firm enough and there is more than enough time for him to prove himself.

was up there today schooling and ground was near perfect i thought!

A top rider told me on Friday evening that it was pretty firm although they were watering the xc for the next day and were doing their best. The dressage arenas were quite hard and while the xc wouldn't be as bad, it still would be firm enough.
