Was waiting for my friends and noticed a springer spangle in front of me......thought he looked familar so asked if it was Otto and it was - obviously under the supervision of The Henmeister!!

He was being very well behaved - mainly due to exhaustion

!! The Henmeister had been dragging that poor spangle around for attention......

I don't post pictures that often...

Otto had a lovely weekend, he has never been so tired
grin.gif
I honestly can't believe how well behaved he has been either!!

Slinky - he was trying to convince you that everything I tell you is lies, hence the quiet, well behaved puppy you met
grin.gif
Puppy will tell you he wasn't quite so quiet this morning
grin.gif

He spent the first couple of days on his Halti, purely as I wanted to make sure he wasn't going to launch on every second person we saw, but today he was on his slip lead and he was such a good boy!
grin.gif

Someone tried to sell me a harness, because he was on a Halti, they assumed he pulled... I think she was taken aback at my response

I kept seeing cockers, but I think they were too light for Henry, he's quite black isn't he?

Otto had LOTS of admirers
grin.gif
He kept amusing people with his scrounging ways
grin.gif
and being so tired, he was being well behaved and adorable

He may not have been as quiet this morning but he was still well behaved - and very handsome
grin.gif

Yes he's a really dark blue roan. You would have known him, he kept yodelling every time a horse passed us - the idea that horses can actually do more than stand around in fields eating grass and producing poo for him to eat (
mad.gif
) is a new one for him and it was all very very exciting.... I actually may have spotted Otto but you were on the far side of the course and I wasn't sure
smile.gif

In fcat if anyone is Burghley TV and goes to Willam Fox-Pitt's second round, just as he gets to fence 5 you can hear a dog start up yodelling - and it was Henry!
tongue.gif
Thank goodness for strong leads and harnesses

COOL! An HHO Dogs room meet up!

I am hoping Colleen will bring Miss Tikka to meet my two in the next few weeks so we can do some jumpies and B can flirt like a good 'un

Next week for sure
wink.gif

I will warn you though, it will be as if shes gona eat them alive to start with and then once she gets accustomed to them she will totally ignore them
grin.gif

Or she will totally sh1te herself and run for the hills

I was convinced I saw you - Brunette with a sled dog type (no idea whether it was a Husky or a Malamute
blush.gif
) but I am now sure it wasn't
grin.gif
She must have got very disturbed by the weird lady constantly staring at her
blush.gif
grin.gif

I wanted to meet Loco too!!

Did she have a white top, navy gilet and red wellies on? If so it was me lol

Locos claim to fame for the weekend is she got to meet Ollie Townend after his interview he liked her she wasnt bothered about him, lots more interesting things to pay attention to
blush.gif

Not sure what she was wearing, but after seeing your picture of Loco on the other thread I'm sure it wasn't her, this one was black and had less white on it's face - a bit like the very first dog on you sig (on the left)

[/ QUOTE ]

Ah that was one of the gorgeous sibe boys I met, there was another malamute there as well as Loco a gorgeous big grey boy

I saw one on Saturday (again not sure what it was
blush.gif
grin.gif
) but it had she a thick shaggy coat, grey/sable type colouring, absolutely stunning!
The owners were saying that it took them ages to walk anywhere with him as everyone wanted to talk to him
grin.gif
There were people asking to have their picture taken with him! Otto was extremely jealous and was trying his hardest to be cute, but he just wasn't up to the challenge

Yup that was the beautiful mally boy, he was incredible and beautifully looked after, Ive unfortuantely seen too many with a coat like that that look like they have never met a brush
Loco looked like a pup next to him lol but then shes not a long coat I could have happily taken him home

If only Otto and Henry had met, they could have been a tag team of spangley cuteness
grin.gif

Cyrus I saw lots of sled-type doglets but don't think I saw you?

He was stunning! Absolutely huge and he was being so well behaved too!

I used to do a bit of Dog Grooming and always got Sammoyeds in that had never seen a brush
frown.gif
Ones that were absolutely roasting in the summer as they still had there winter coat matted in with their summer coat
frown.gif

Did anyone see the humungous Irish Wolfhounds / Deerhounds (not sure which they were) on Saturday? They were lovely!

Why is it that such mahoosive dogs are always seen with small people? Or it is just that the people look small in comparison to the mahoosive dogs?
tongue.gif

Henry was only interested in fellow spangles apart from one pretty little GSD-type, they just looked at each other, saw kindred spirits, and pounced on each other and had a boxing match / boinging competition while her owner and I tried to unplait their leads! It was luuuurve
grin.gif

Hen, did you have a sort of red-coloured top on? Still not sure if it was Otto that I spotted!
