It was posted on the 28th January this year I have just checked.
I just saw it after watching something else & I was like surley couldn't be the same clip but yes it was.
I hadn't seen that before because I couldn't get YouTube to work when it was around last time....... AT should be shot, the horse was quite obviously lame way before the last, what a genuine little horse to still jump the last for her.
I am a crap, novice rider, but if my horse did that I'd be off like a shot.
Stupid stupid irresponsible girl. It must have felt like riding a three legged dog...
i just counted....she cantered 29strides around the corner to the jump from his first stumble and then a further 20 strides after the final jump...evil cow
I cant watch it again,i cried last year when it happened and my blood was boiling,i have been involved with eventing for years now and what she did to that horse is XXXXXXX any other rider would have jumped off to check the horse no matter WHERE the finish line is....her punishment was not severe enough
To the emails i have gotten the answer is NO!! I dint post it.. I was the one who posted it last year.. Move on people Amy has paid a price trust me! Maybe not as harsh as we all would have liked last year. Hasnt been fun I see her all the time and I can see its taken its toll... Hope she can smile again some day
was one of her harshest critics but enough is enough
i had never seen that vid before. that is absolutely disgusting. he was changing legs, swinging his backside from side to side to try to take more weight... no WAY would she have not felt that. that was putting pure ambition over the welfare of the horse. she deserved a life ban imho. r.i.p. Samurai.
i cant agree with your forgive and forget attitude. she only has herself to blame and deserves what she gets. i havent watched again by the way, i shouldnt think it looks nicer now than then though.
I hadn't seen it before - it's unbelievably obvious that she kicked him on and turned him into the fence well after he broke down. Initially he has a lovely easy action and then suddenly he's all over the place, well before the turn to the fence. Poor horse! How can the FEI not have taken more severe action?

I dont agree, as Im sure many others dont. I hope she's never allowed to forget what she did.
