attempted dressage

well i went to do prelim 7 and 10 today
mum was late and took ages to reverse :S
so i didnt have the full hour i needed to warm up
so went in and prelim 7 was awful; lack of control and comments were the same; tense/hollow etc but i got 56.5% so wasnt too bad

and i got placed 6th in the junior section.
had to wait like 2 hours for the next test; but had longer to get ready

she warmed up nicely (i took the flash off)
so went into the next test
i heard the honk go twice, so i started; perfectly staight line with head carriage etc. but then i got told to stop and start again as it wasnt the honk of the starter... it was only the bloody honk of our car telling dad he didnt lock the car

so had to come out and start again... and i lost it
second test was better than first but still not as good as she was in warm up
i dont know the result yet as we left and they are going to send it to us; and we will see whether we qualified for vhs regionals or not
