Attention anyone in the East Herts/surrounding areas!!

A notice has gone up at my yard which is in Hoddesdon east Herts reporting that a man has been approaching female riders whilst out on hacks alone. The man has been seen 2-3 times and has been half naked or fully naked on all occasions. I believe the notice described him as being abusive. He has approached all riders that have had the misfortune to come across him, and has even attempted to pull one off her horse. He seems very comfortable around horses. From what I can recall the sightings were near Mangrove lane round the back of Hertford Heath and also in Broxborne Woods. Ladies please do not hack alone and be very careful, this guy seems to be persistant and dangerous!!

Police are aware of the matter and are doing what they can.
 
It is isnt it, sadly my stables are right next to mangrove lane, will have to make sure to go sort the horse out when I know other people will be around!
