Are there any sites like Ebay that I could put my horse on?
I really need to sell her, I've tried all the usual routes inc paid for adverts on big sites, phoned round various dealers who won't take her due to her only being 2

I can't put her into an auction the normal route as I have no transport, plus no money to pay for someone else to transport her.
Just to add I put her up for 'sensible offers' and had no offer, not even a ridiculous 1 like a packet of polos

I dont think one exists, I have recently been thinking of starting a site like this selling horses and possibly related equipment/tack etc.
I'm sorry I cant suggest any help, have no contacts in your area that could help. All I can think of is putting a really low price on instead as sometimes may think by making a low offer they will be insulting you, they may be more confident bidding you if they have a ball park figure.
ETS; you could always try advertising her with forum clout and new forum angst points thrown in for free, people like to feel they are getting something extra!

Not an auction site, but have you advertised her in Adtrader? Its free to advertise and gets good coverage, they have a 'paper' that comes out twice a week and its also online

It's not free for horses any more

I did put her on Scot horse, scot ads, horse trader and a few others.
Only replies I got were from people asking if she was being ridden

This was before she was even 2 yet

Are Balcormo not doing their youngstock auction again this year?

I'm not sure if I could afford to put her in, transport her etc.

Was a good thought tho when you mentioned it before

I have heard of people doing this, so I think you could seriously try, well until Ebay bodes see it and take it down but it could get you noticed before that, maybe?! People do it on eBay all the time, where they sell something for 99p then just charge a fortune for postage as they don't have to pay the eBay fees.

Should I include transport then? Like get a quote from Gillies and add a bit more to it?

OK, Balcormo not a great idea then.

I would try scotads and horsemart, collectively they'll cost you £30 max (I never bother with the magazine for horsemart).

If you want you could email me an ad for her and I can put her up in the tackshops round here?

I have bid, but is the saddle really in that good condition?

Should I throw in her baby pink bridle or do you think that'll put people off?

Think I must of missed your previous posts - how long have you had your horse for sale? where have you advertised? what exactly are you selling? - in addition to the pink assessories
