Audio/MP3 schooling sessions

I'm gonna download a few of these to Ipod and have a go with them with the boys. Thought it might work us a bit harder and give us more of a structured schooling session. Has anyone used these before? And if so, any recommendations for which ones are good before i buy any?!

not tried them myself but would be interested to hear what others think as.I fancy giving them a go. I wonder how easy it is to keep the right pace without lots of pausing etc

I've just downloaded the basic warm up so will see how we go with that and if its any good will order some more.

I got it from Sound Schooling website. You can use them on Iphones.
