Had a go on Friday with the Warm up session i bought. I think it did help us! Little reminders on position, flexing etc. I think because i was focused too that Fabio was actually more forward than usual. Only had one blip when one of my earphones fell out during trot! Oops! But quickly sorted myself out again!

The warm was fairly straightforward and consisted of 20 metre circles, shallow loops and serpentines along with changes of rein in walk and trot, then a canter warm up with figures of 8 and a change in trot over X.

Now i know that it did help us work better i'm going to order a couple of the schooling exercise sessions too. :) Another site does Audio versions of the dressage tests which i think will also be handy for schooling if you haven't got it in your head beforehand.

Just a quick add - i'm sure i've read somewhere that some of the bigger names in dressage/eventing do Audio lessons but i can't find them! If anyone knows what site they on please let me know. I might have imagined it though!

It sounds like a good idea, did you listen to it before you rode so you knew what was coming up. I would be concerned that they would ask me more than i was capable of doing - also much easier if you have an arena, than just a paddock to ride in - i am guessing. Still all in all, a lot of people (incl me get a bit lost without direction), so I can see the benefit in it

I think they just do the one warm up, may have been 2? But they then do different schooling sessions.

Had a quick skip through before i rode to make sure nothing too taxing but was straightforward enough.
