Its a long time away 'til she will need breaking, but I have a new horse yearling ID/TB by Rebelara.
I will want her broken using natural horsemanship methods or the Aussie style like Jason Webb in Kent does as I have heard wonderful reports of his work,( have friends who've usd him). Trouble is I would have to send her down from where I am - Phew - a long way at great cost.
Any ideas or failing the Aussie way route , someone really good and with natural hormanship methods, who can produce a sane sensible 4 year old for a generally fairly basic yet occasionally numpty rider who will make all the usual mistakes.

Jason is a legend. Sorry, don't know anyone up North that can do what Jason does, to be honest don't think anyone does what Jason does...lol.
Call him and ask him if he can recommend anyone, he is lovely I am sure he will help you if he knows anyone! With his Polocrosse contacts he would know people all over.... just a thought.

He has said he can take her at 2 and a half so I can send her there before she comes to live in the far North with me.

She is with my friend until she is two now then off to Jason for starting.

She will only be plodded about round the farm for the next two yearsafter anyway in an Aussie stock saddle so it won't be a strain on her young limbs, joints etc.
Jason starts all his at two years old.
Best whilst they are small and young, apparently.

You could try andrew Kerr sutherland in dunbar. not sure if he is still working with horses. Google him and it should come up with a contact number for him. he does retraining of race horses too so it might be on that website. He used to but it was a good while ago now.
