Automatic feeders

Is there such i thing?
A lady on the yard would like one that she could put chaff in, you know like the cat and dog ones where they are on a timer, i'm sure i've seen something somewhere but not sure where?

Any ideas?

I know you can get them on the continent but not sure if they're available over here.

I used to see one advertised in H and H, it was a kind of lid for an ordinary corner manger which was on a timer and spring so the lid just popped up at feed time. I'm sure if you knew somebody clever they could rig one up
