What is the average length of a jumping pole?

Have bought a good few plastic poles of good quality from a carrot farmer But they are only 7ft 3 long.

They are not brittle like the drain pipes.

Most of our wooden ones are 12 foot, we have some 10 ft plastic poles on the school, and some 6ft stile poles. Doesn't really matter as long as your steering is effective

Standard are 12ft but we opted for 10ft so we have more room in the ménage when practicing at home.
